Niraj "Neal" Dhanani, CHA, CHO
Mr. Dhanani is a hotel expert with years of industry experience in
acquisitions, management, renovations and litigation support. He has
successfully consulted on or turned around numerous properties and
revived them back to financial health. Mr. Dhanani is an expert witness
and consultant to the hotel industry. Prior to, he was a Director of
Operations for an ownership group with properties in various Cities and
States through out the United States. He is a Certified GM for many
Franchise Brands and also holds other industry titles and certificates.
Mili Shah, Esq.
Ms. Shah practices law in the state of Georgia, prior to she interned
with the Chief Judge of the 4th Judicial Circuit of Illinois, the State
Farm Corporate Law Department, Merrill Lynch, and the U.S. House of
Representatives. She consults on commercial lending, with a focus on
Small Business Administration loans. She has represented lenders,
borrowers, purchasers, and sellers in the acquisition and development of
real property and businesses.
Scott Bancroft
Mr. Bancroft is a hotel consultant in the areas of IT/networking, front
office operations, revenue management, hotel audits and rooms division.
Prior to, he was Director of Operations for a hotel management company.
Mr. Bancroft has experience with variety in sizes of hotels and many
hotel Franchise Brands such as Marriott, Sheraton, and Choice Hotels.
